adDRESS Your Goals with Johanna, Hina, and Dana!

Do you have that perfect dress or outfit you want to fit into for the holiday season?  Then checkout this awesome new small group training course taught by three of your very own acac personal trainers!

The first four 60-minute sessions are FREE workshops!

Bring your favorite dress or outfit that you have a goal of fitting into within a 8-week period and work on meeting that goal with like-minded other women.  Workouts will be a mixture of light strength training and cardio endurance.

                           (paid sessions start on November 1)
