Members $175 for 12 sessions (2 sessions/week for 6 weeks)
Non-members $200 for 12 sessions (2 sessions/week for 6 weeks)
Commit yourself to making a difference, you deserve it! Sessions include elements of balance, cardio, flexibility, strength and core-work. **Modifications for all fitness levels will be provided.**
