What is the Campaign to Maintain?
The average person gains 4-6 pounds through the holidays. The Campaign to Maintain is a 6-week program incentive to help members maintain their weight with the guidance of our Slimdown program team. Each week you maintain your weight (or lose) you will qualify for an additional entry (up to 6 times) for the Grand Prize Drawing – $200!  Also, smaller raffles will be awarded on a weekly basis.

When Does it Start?
The challenge begins Monday, November 23 and runs through Saturday, January 2, 2016.

What is the Cost?
Slimdown Members – $5
All other acac Members – $15



How do I weigh-in?
During a Slimdown scheduled weigh-in. Click here to view the schedule.  Come to one of the scheduled weigh-ins and get your starting weight recorded Monday (23rd), Tuesday (24th), or Wednesday (25th) before Thanksgiving. Fill out a slip and get your first entry into the raffle.

I will be traveling the week the Campaign starts and won’t be in town to get my starting weight. Can I still participate?

Yes. Get your starting weight before you leave by coming to any Slimdown weigh-in the week prior. (See previous question for link to the weigh-in schedule.)

Do I have to weigh-in every week?
Slimdown members are required to weigh-in each week. If you are not in Slimdown, you may choose to miss. However, this reduces the number of opportunities to enter your name into the raffle for the Grand Prize.

Do I have to weigh-in at the same club?
No. You can choose either club on any given day to get your weight recorded.

Do I have to come to the same weigh-in each week?
No. Pick any day and time that suits your schedule that week. Entry into the weekly raffle is based on a calendar week, Sunday through Saturday.

Other than weighing in once a week, will I receive other support?
 • You will receive the Slimdown weekly newsletter offering tips and strategies to survive the holidays.
