These free mini-clinics offer 30 minutes of time with a personal trainer in a small group setting:
TRX and Kettlebells with Jared R
Use the TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, and Kettlebells interchangeably to build cardio, strength, and muscle tone in this fun class.
