Exploring More Acroyoga

Learn to flip, spin, and flow in ways that you never dreamed possible. We will play, communicate and exercise in a whole new way, strengthening the body and mind while making new friends. Acroyoga is available for everybody, no matter how big or how small, how weak or how strong. Learn to base, fly, and spot all of the basic acroyoga poses and transitions. You’ll leave here wondering, “How did I just do that?!”

Individuals welcome. No prior experience needed. You are encouraged to attend all sessions, but may still participate if you can’t make them all.
