Planning a hike, trek, kayaking, or other outdoor adventure this summer? Not sure if you can make it ? Of course you can! Let acac Downtown Personal Trainer Stephanie Tanner help you gain the strength and stamina to enable you to safely reach your goal. Each session will be one hour of core, strength and advice geared to help with backpack-toting, trekking, kayaking and more!

This clinic in designed for teens ages 12-16 years old who are looking for a fun and functional full body workout. These sessions are safe and effective for both new and experienced exercisers.
