Poor movement patterns cause joint pain and injury. Shoulder joints and knees joints are typically affected the most by improper technique. As a corrective exercise and sports performance specialist, I have the knowledge and skills to help you combat these issues, reduce pain, and decrease the risk of injury.

One-on-One Sessions
4 pack 30 minutes – $50/session
4 pack 60 minutes – $75/session

Small Group Training Sessions
4 pack 30 minutes – $21/session
4 pack 60 minutes – $30/session
