Oh, Baby! with Dana Mook

Personal Trainer and Mom-to-Be Dana Mook will host weekly workouts designed specifically for all moms-to-be in their second and third trimesters. 

She will focus on movements that: keep you strong during your pregnancy, prepare your body for labor, and prepare you for caring for your baby post-pregnancy

what: 4 sixty-minute sessions

cost: $120 members | $168 non-members

*each session ends with gentle stretching | continue to workout during your pregnancy in a safe, supportive environment!
