Come to one or all of these fun classes:

5:00pm Be Moved® with licensed instructor Elly Tucker. Jazz dance steps combined with awesome music add up to a full body workout. Easy-to-follow, NO IMPACT combinations enable participants to feel like dancers, even with no dance experience.

6:15pm Strength Basics with Chris Henry: Turn up the heat with circuits and/or intervals using a variety of equipment and body weight for a total body strengthening workout. The Basics version offers more focus on form, technique, safety and modifications for all fitness levels.

7:00pm Grilling Demo: Tips and Secrets for grilling by Whole Foods chef Andrew Scurlock includes a backyard picnic-inspired buffet provided by Whole Foods.
