“I have been training with Janine Kaestner for the past 2 years. As a drummer, I found that as I got older it was taking me longer to rebound after a gig. Janine designs a variety of of workouts that specifically target my core, chest, arms, legs, and back. She makes sure that I practice good form and encourages me to push myself. I know for certain that I have better stamina and energy levels than I did before. We have also been working on my balance. I can now fall in any direction. :O)”
