Small Group Training
Participate in a Small Group Training workout designed just for Slimdown members. Maximize your calorie burn with a 30-minute fat burning workout instructed by acac’s Certified Personal Trainers. Their knowledge, encouragement and passion will provide a supportive small group training experience without the intimidation. Besides, only you and your Slimdown buddies can attend. Lose the treadmill and gain a workout!
Choose from the below package options:
- 4 30-minute sessions for $60 (1x/week for 4 weeks)
- 8 30-minute sessions for $100 (2x/week for 4 weeks)
- 4 30-minute sessions for $100 (1x/week for 4 weeks)
- 8 30-minute sessinos for $150 (2x/week for 4 weeks) *all sessions must be on consecutive, back to back weeks
Small Group Nutrition (4 weekly classes for $60)
Join in nutrition discussions with other Slimdown participants in a supportive environment guided by acac’s Nutrition Coach, Kris Bonham. Kris is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Provider for Emotional Brain Training. Discuss hot topics in nutrition and weight loss and get your burning questions answered by a nutrition professional.
