Special Yoga Workshops for the New Year

Focus on your mind and body as you begin 2016 with these special yoga workshops!

Restorative Yoga | Downtown
In Restorative Yoga, the body is placed in restful postures with the support of props. All the postures will gently stretch the body while allowing for deep rest and relaxation. Whether you practice gentle yoga, vigorous yoga or are new to yoga, Restorative Yoga will give you the opportunity to go deeply into a stretch without muscular strain.  Each class will begin with some gentle floor stretches, building up to supported poses which can be held from 3 to 5 minutes.  You will leave this class feeling at ease in your body, with a calm and clear mind, and looking forward to coming back for more.
