Valentine's Mindfulness Partner Workshop

Valentine’s Mindfulness Partner Workshop | acac Downtown

Through the mindfulness and awakened attention offered by the Alexander Technique and the union of Yoga, this workshop will offer an array of opportunities for you and your partner to learn, connect, release stress and have fun together. Couples will do hands-on work with each other as well as partner yoga poses. Beginners are welcome- though it is suggested that you are comfortable working on the floor (sitting, kneeling, etc., with the help of props if needed). Space is limited to 12 couples.

Date & Time: Saturday, February 13 | 4:00-6:00pm

Location: acac Downtown Mind Body Studio C

Cost: Members- $25 per couple | Nonmembers- $35 per couple

About The Instructor: Gina Kelley has been a mindfulness educator for almost 15 years and has taught in the acac community since 2007.
