Yoga for the Mind, Body, and Soul Workshop
Join us on Saturday, June 18 for this special yoga workshop with visiting teacher Stephanie Morrell and acac Mind Body Director John Piller.
This two-hour class, also called Maha Sadhana or The Great Practice, will guide you through the essentials of yoga. After an introduction to pranayama, or breath work, there will be a one-hour posture practice, followed by guided deep relaxation and meditation. All levels of practice are welcome.

Stephanie Morrell, a licensed psychotherapist, completed a 300-hr yoga teacher training with the Yoga Studies Institute, then her 500-hr and 800-hr yoga teacher training with Dharma Mittra in New York City. Stephanie practiced and taught at acac from 2007-2014, when she moved to Los Angeles, where she continues to teach yoga. She returns regularly to Charlottesville and acac to practice and teach.
