Celebrate the introspection of mindful meditation with Brian C. and the growing acac meditation community! Mindful meditation aids with stress reduction, anxiety relief, non-reactivity, self-acceptance, compassion, and inner peace. This 45 minute class focuses on relaxation techniques along with developing more inner awareness. Members may bring a guest for free during the month of October!
