Join personal trainer Connie Ludwig for complimentary training sessions this March and learn how to properly improve your plank! Participants may attend one or multiple sessions. Sessions will focus on plank variations to: tone abs, reduce lower back pain, strengthen deep stabilizing muscles, improve balance, posture, and mood, increase flexibility in muscles from head to toe, increase bone density, and increase total body conditioning and endurance.
