This three week series is designed to support and nourish expectant mothers during their magical journey. In these classes you will connect to your innate wisdom, body and growing baby through conscious breathing and asana. The focus will be on strengthening the pelvic muscles, improving circulation, and alleviating many discomforts associated with pregnancy. A warm and supportive environment will allow you to connect with other expectant mothers.
If you are new to yoga, we recommend taking this series first to learn the appropriate modifications during pregnancy.
