acac Fitness & Wellness Centers are pleased to introduce EDGE, a new fitness studio concept, at the Shops at Stonefield later this summer. The 11,500 square-foot facility is located at 2075 Bond Street, Suite 150, between Rocksalt restaurant and Duck Donuts. The studio will offer unique training experiences, including sports performance programs designed by Mike Curtis, head strength and conditioning coach for UVA men’s and women’s basketball and former head strength coach of the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies; high-intensity, boutique-style cycling classes; and specialized yoga programs, such as hot Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and aerial yoga.
