A cardio workout like no other! Work on Russian kettlebell training drills in combination with TRX to give you a total-body and core-strengthening training session! You will be given professional instruction on how to safely perform the kettlebell swing, presses, goblet squats, and windmill, as well as alignment and technique instruction on TRX to strengthen all of the major muscles of the body.
