New Mom Social with personal trainer Beth Howell
In this class, Beth will discuss changes to your workout program before and after pregnancy. She will discuss the in’s and out’s of prenatal and postpartum pregnancy and how the changes in your body might impact your level of fitness. She will include demonstrations and an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. Healthy snacks will be provided. Please come prepared to venture outside!
