Campaign to Maintain: Stay Healthy This Holiday Season! 

What is the Campaign to Maintain?

The average person gains 4-6 pounds through the holidays. acac‘s Campaign to Maintain is a 6-week program to help members maintain their weight with the guidance of our qualified team. Each week that you maintain (or lose) weight you will qualify for an entry (up to 6 times) for the Grand Prize Drawing of $200!  Also, smaller raffles will be awarded on a weekly basis.

When Does it Start?
Challenge begins Monday, November 21, 2016 and runs through Saturday, January 4, 2017.

What is the Cost?

How do I weigh-in?
Every Wednesday, during Weigh-in Wednesday. Come to one of the scheduled weigh-ins and get your starting weight recorded before Thanksgiving. Fill out a slip and get your first entry into the raffle. For your convenience and potential holiday travel plans, you may choose to get your starting weight beginning the week of November 14.

Will I have to weigh-in every week?
Members are not required to weigh-in each week, however,  weekly weigh-ins are encouraged. Every weigh-in you miss is one less chance to enter your name into the Grand Prize raffle!

Should I weigh-in at the same club?
Weighing in on the same scale every time is encouraged.

Other than weighing in once a week, will I receive other support?
Yes!
You will receive a weekly newsletter offering tips and strategies in order to survive the holidays.
At the weigh-in, talk with a fitness specialist to receive more personalized tips and strategies.

How do I register?
You can register at the Front Desk beginning November 12.
