Prolonged faulty posture leads to muscular deficiencies, weakness, & structural changes in the body. Join personal trainer and yoga instructor Adriana Correa for a seminar all about posture, flexibility, strength, and movement. Aging Well Seminar with Dr. Joy Heller

Join us on January 11th to learn about staying mentally and physically healthy during the winter months. Have you been eager to try group cycling but don’t know how to get started? This 45 minute intro is the perfect opportunity to get acclimated to the bike and indoor cycle class. We begin with individual bike set-up then move to specifics of the indoor cycle class including comfort in the saddle, cues, use of the monitor, and reaching your goals with a non-impact workout! You’ll experience a brief ride and have the opportunity to ask questions. You’ll walk away from class ready to have the safest, most engaging and effective ride – while getting a fantastic workout!
