Aging Well Seminar: Posture, Flexibility, Strength, & Movement – What Does it All Mean in Your Body?

When was the last time you improved your posture? Proper posture is vital for everyone but grows increasingly important with age. Prolonged faulty posture leads to muscular deficiencies, weakness, & structural changes in the body.

Join personal trainer & yoga instructor Adriana Correa for a seminar all about posture, flexibility, strength & movement. Learn the importance of each & how to actively improve your posture & movement with practice. Drinks & light refreshments will be provided. Masters Members may bring a guest for FREE; sign up in advance at Member Services by October 12 at 9am.

Halloween Festival & Trunk or Treat
Saturday, October 29th | 4 – 6pm | Camp Pavilion Area

Join us for an afternoon of tailgate style trick-or-treating, followed by activities for the whole family! Contact wckidsnightout@acac.com to sign up in advance. There is a $20 no-show fee for those who register but do not attend.

Family Members & Members: FREE
Non-Members: $15 per family / car

What is a Trunk or Treat? Children show off their costumes and go trick-or-treating from car to car. Vehicles are encouraged to come decorated! After trick-or-treating, enjoy a variety of fun activities including carnival rides, face painting, apple launching, and a pumpkin patch. Holiday snacks and drinks will be provided.

Registration required; space is limited. All cars should be parked by 4:00pm.
