We have all experienced moments in life when the “I” of self-identity was not identified. These moments are usually a felt sense of non-identifiable moments of inner peace which we quickly turn away from to reconstitute the familiar sense of our believed self. When we start to watch for these non-identifiable moments, we might notice that our sense of identity just took a break and our true nature appeared. If this is so, then who was the real me? If my identity can take a break and I don’t disappear, then who am I? What am I?
In this workshop led by Brian C. you will delve deeper into your regular meditation practice through lecture, guided insight meditations, worksheets, journaling, and group discussions. Prior completion of the Present Moment I Workshop or other mindfulness training is recommended. Contact Mind Body Director Brian Centonze to see if this is class is a good fit.
