Learn the many benefits of resistance bands with NASM certified personal trainer Connie Ludwig! Resistance bands assist with strength, flexibility, stamina, mobility, and toning while allowing versatility, safety, convenience, and effectiveness in the gym, at home, or traveling. Bands are suited for all ages and levels of fitness with slight modifications to familiar exercises even for those pressed for time. Demo is limited to 8 participants. Sign up at the Fitness Desk.
Stretches for Runners Mini Clinic
