This ten-hour training has been developed for those already teaching and for teachers-in-training who wish to reach out to the underserved populations of the deconditioned, overweight, and senior crowd who can practice more than a chair class. Standing, reclined, prone, side-lying, seated and poses from the table will be explored. A plethora of modifications, adaptations and down regulations will be demonstrated. The forty-page manual includes five full sequences and tips for setting up the class and lesson planning. There is extensive use of props and discussions about contradictions especially about weight issues, arthritis, joint issues, heart disease, eye issues, lung disease and vertigo.
