Water Walking with Donna Dufoe
Increase your cardiovascular health, stamina, muscle strength, and flexibility during this 45-minute water walking class led by aquatics instructor and personal trainer Donna Dufoe. All ages and levels of fitness encouraged to participate.

Wednesdays and Fridays
1:00 – 1:45pm
Members: $64 per 4 week session
Non-Members: $80 per 4 week session
