Join Brian and Adriana for a dual Yin / Vinyasa class on Friday, March 3! Experience select passive poses of Yin Yoga to open the body to more flexibility while also engendering a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind to better prepare the body for an invigorating Vinyasa practice.
