yoga for EVERYbody
We are excited to introduce Yoga for EVERYBODY at acac. This extra gentle yoga class is designed for those with larger bodies who would like to practice yoga, but would benefit from the use of props, modifications, and adaptations. Postures are done on the floor, seated, and standing — this is NOT chair yoga and one must be able to get up and down from the floor. Some of the adaptations might include the option to sit on bolsters, use the wall for balance, or use blocks to help reach the floor.
