Training emphasis

  • Functional movement coaching for women ages 35 – 55
  • Strength, flexibility, and balance training for older adults
  • Lifestyle modification and nutrition education for improved well-being
  • Strength and conditioning for youth athletes

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer

  • Provided strength and conditioning training for NCAA Division I cross country, track and field, lacrosse, field hockey, and baseball
