Biography:

Training emphasis

  • Strength, flexibility and stability coaching for women of all ages
  • Nutrition education for creating healthy lifestyle changes and habits 
  • Helping women create personalized optimal wellness to increase confidence and longevity 

Certifications

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer

Education 

  • B.S. Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition, Virginia Commonwealth University 

Experience

  • Provided strength and conditioning training for NCAA Division I cross country, track and field, lacrosse, field hockey, and baseball teams 
  • Former NCAA athlete 
  • Personal training since 2017
