Biography:

Training emphasis

  • Strength training to build lean muscle (you don’t have to look big to be strong!)
  • Weight loss for anyone looking for that extra advantage
  • Youth strength training ages 14 and up (make your school team or just get stronger)
  • Youth girls’ basketball and skills training

  • American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer
  • Athletics and Fitness Association of America
  • Glide Fitness Certification

Education

  • B.S. Exercise Science with a minor in General Business

  • Certified personal trainer since 2017
  • Intern at University of Richmond Strength and Conditioning (2018)
  • Varsity basketball (2012 – 2014)
  • AAU basketball (2012 – 2013)
