Join Personal Trainer Erin M. and kick start the New Year with this 12 week challenge!
What: A 12 week photo-based transformation challenge. You’ll take and email me starting and ending pictures (front, side, and back relaxed) with your head cropped out of the pictures. Make sure your pictures are taken in somewhat revealing attire and in good lighting so your transformation is easy to see. I’d recommend a 2 piece swimsuit or a sports bra/camisole/form-fitting workout shorts, Capri, or pants combination for ladies and just shorts for the men.
At the end of the 12 weeks, I’ll collage your before and after pictures and put them up for voting. The 5 best transformations will win the cash prize (the pooled registration money).
When: Register between Jan 1 and Jan 31. The challenge starts Feb 1 and runs through April 26th. Starting pictures must be submitted between Feb 1 and Feb 8. Final pictures must be submitted between April 26th and May 3rd.
Where: At the gym/wherever you want. If you choose to purchase a training package with me, we’ll discuss your transformation goals and work towards making them happen. In most cases, your transformation will have a lot to do with your nutrition so your “where” will really be in your kitchen, the grocery store, etc.
Why: It’s a fun way to motivate yourself to stay on track with your fitness and physique goals as you head into the new year.
How much: $30 registration fee which will be pooled for the winner’s cash prize. You can also purchase a training package to help you with your transformation goals. I offer in-person private, partner, and small group training sessions at acac Downtown and online nutrition coaching.
