acac Crozet & Pantops: staffed: 7:00am-2:00pm*
*open 24/7 with valid acac scan tag

Adventure Central: 9:00am-7:00pm*
*preschool & after-school closed

Waterpark: 10:00am-7:00pm

Campaign to Maintain: Stay Healthy This Holiday Season! 

What is the Campaign to Maintain?

The average person gains 4-6 pounds through the holidays. acac‘s Campaign to Maintain is a 6-week program to help members maintain their weight with the guidance of our Slimdown program team. Each week that you maintain (or lose) weight you will qualify for an additional entry (up to 6 times) for the Grand Prize Drawing of $200!  Also, smaller raffles will be awarded on a weekly basis.

When Does it Start?
Challenge begins Monday, November 21, 2016 and runs through Saturday, January 7, 2017.

What is the Cost?
Slimdown Members – $5
All other acac Members – $15

How do I weigh-in?
During a Slimdown scheduled weigh-in. Click here to view the calendar.  Come to one of the scheduled weigh-ins and get your starting weight recorded before Thanksgiving. Fill out a slip and get your first entry into the raffle. For your convenience and potential holiday travel plans, you may choose to get your starting weight beginning the week of November 14.

Will I have to weigh-in every week?
Slimdown members are required to weigh-in each week. If you are not in Slimdown, you may choose to miss. However, this reduces the number of opportunities to enter your name into the raffle for the Grand Prize.

Should I weigh-in at the same club?
You can choose either club on any given day to get your weight recorded.

Do I have to come to the same weigh-in each week?
No. Pick any day and time that suits your schedule that week. Entry into the weekly raffle is based on a calendar week, Sunday through Saturday.

Other than weighing in once a week, will I receive other support?
You will receive the Slimdown weekly newsletter offering tips and strategies in order to survive the holidays.
