The Alexander Technique is a practice to relieve excessive stress in the body to move with more ease. Often directions are offered with gentle hands-on guidance. This special event is both a great introduction to the Alexander Technique and a chance for those familiar with it to deepen their practice. The Alexander Technique about posture, balance, and breath. It provides mastery of the self in all that you do. It’s also fun!
