Nearly half of all Americans who make fitness based New Years resolutions quit within 6 weeks. Beat the odds this year by committing to a 6-week personal training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and know-how to be successful in the gym and in the kitchen.
- Two 30-minute personal training sessions per week for six weeks
- 6-week personalized take-home fitness program
- 6-weeks of food and fitness habits goal-setting and accountability
- Maximum of 12 participants
- Beat The Odds winners receive 6 weeks of free small group training with personal trainer Josh Yiznitsky

100 Rep Fitness Challenges w/ Calvin P.
Leg Press 100 Rep Challenge

Body weight x 1.5 for 100 reps timed. Every time you rack the weight you do 10 body weight squats.
Bench Press 100 Rep Challenge

135lb for men or the bar for women for 100 reps timed. Every time you rack the bar you do 5 push-ups.
*Prize of a free personal training session or 3 group sessions to the male and female winners and a randomly drawn participant.

Away from the gym for an extended period of time this holiday season? Instead of letting yourself go, set a personal goal to stay in shape, increase muscle mass and/or lose body fat. Add resistance bands to your weekly workout regime no matter where you are at home or on vacation. Bands are easy to stow in a suitcase or hide away in a drawer. They’re so easy to use and have the same muscle-building power as weights!
