Michael’s Fitness Boot Camp combines Maximum Aerobic Performance (MAP) and Tabata concepts. Fitness Boot Camp sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, maximizing fat burning and increasing metabolism. Unlike large group fitness classes, Michael’s Fitness Boot Camp has a maximum of 12 participants per class, keeping the focus on client motivation and correct technique.

Tuesdays: 6:00am | 5:30pm | 6:30pm
Thursdays: 6:00am | 5:00pm | 6:00pm
