This workshop is designed to teach you easy exercises to offset the nagging if not worsening imbalances caused by too much sitting (and perhaps too much screen time).  Part 1 will cover the basic imbalances created by the “sitting” lifestyle and what you can do to reverse the likely postural issues while at acac.  Part 2 will cover additional exercises you can do easily at home, along with a few simple habits to adopt while sitting to fend off the likelihood for continued postural and muscular imbalances.

In this session we will discuss the why’s and how’s of the foam roller as well as guiding participants in the correct use of this versatile fitness tool.

Postural Alignment is a revolutionary method with a 95% success rate in reducing tension in the body that can lead to shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle, and other pain.  The workshop includes Postural Alignment demonstration as well as active participation, a posture screening, posture photos and two posture exercise menus to take home. 

 Fitness is Coming with Jared Rohrer

One does not simply “get” a summer body.  The winter is the best time to start training for all of those summer activities you want to feel and look your best.  Join Jared for a fun workout that will challenge and strengthen you.  The workout will focus on a dynamic body weight warm-up.  Followed by body part specific strength training, ending with a high intensity finisher…all levels are welcome.
