TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER with Erin M. 

Ever wanted to see what kind of workouts trainers do?  Come train with Erin in a one hour small group.  We’ll do a lower body or upper body strength training workout with plenty of cardio intervals interspersed.  You’ll be guaranteed a solid workout!  Suitable for moderate to advanced exercisers.

A fun, varied intensity workout using any piece of equipment or toy we can get our hands on! This group is for exercisers of all levels.
