Join acac Downtown Personal Trainer and Fitness Director Kelsie Floyd for her clinic on keeping your body in tip top shape! This clinic will include the W’s (who, what, when, where, how, why) of foam rolling, trigger point therapy and daily tissue health. Both lecture and hands on format.

Stretching and Foam Rolling for Low Back, Hip and Shoulder Health with Dustin B.
Join acac Downtown Personal Trainer Dustin Bugg for a one hour session focusing on stretches and foam rolling techniques for back, hip and shoulder/neck health. We will also explore other forms of myofascial release including balls and stick rolling. All are welcome!

Two Mile Time Trial & Training Prescription with Ann D.
Join acac Downtown Personal Trainer Ann Dunn for a 2 mile time trial run or bring along a recent race performance. We will discuss the appropriate training intensities based on your current fitness level and how you can avoid under or over-training. We will also cover different types of workouts and exercise prescriptions to improve your running.

8:00am Light warm-up and drills *optional
8:20am 2-mile time trial *optional
8:45am Discussion of VDOT tables and application to training
