Fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga Class Series with Sabine Scholes
In this four week series of classes, we’ll explore the core poses and transitions of a Vinyasa yoga practice. Through a focus on finding a flowing, balanced breath, Sabine will teach how to safely perform and modify poses, work with core stability, and begin basic arm balances. Participating in this series will allow you to smoothly flow through Vinayasa classes with confidence and an appreciation of alignment and bio-mechanics!

About the Instructor
Sabine Scholes has been teaching yoga at acac for eight years and has a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. She enjoys helping yogis safely challenge themselves in the practice.
