March Fitness Challenge 2019
Are up for it? Prizes for top 3 winners!
Complete the following circuit 3 times and record how long it takes you from start to finish. Keep the timer going if you take a break!
– Row 250 meters
– 10 push-ups | knees are fine but be honest and make them deep.
– Stairs 50 floors | no leaning on the handles!
– 10 jump squats | if your knees are bad, leave out the jump and hold on to the yellow TRX straps while you lean back off of your knees.
– Bike 1 mile
– 50 side-to-sides | plank position on your elbows then dip your hip 1 side toward the floor at a time.
