If you’re an older adult, balance exercises are especially important because they can help you prevent falls and maintain your independence. If you’re an athlete, balance issues can affect your athletic performance. This workshop will teach you the basics of incorporating the BOSU to improve balance. All ages and fitness levels welcome!

TRX is a total body resistance exercise that uses a suspension training system, making it possible for you to use your own body weight and gravity for an effective workout. In this workshop, you will learn simple exercises that use your body as a machine. Participants can customize the difficulty of their workout by making simple adjustments to the TRX system. All ages and fitness levels welcome!
