Explore the fundamentals of fixing muscular imbalances and evenly strengthening the body through comprehensive dumbbell training protocols. With an emphasis on unilateral training techniques, this 4-week program is designed to help you fix common imbalances and equip you with the knowledge and skills to ensure that your own personal workouts are strengthening your major muscles groups evenly. Learn about shoulder stability, rotator cuff safety, required muscle groups, and more as I coach you toward a classic “regular” push-up. In between our sessions, I will tell you what to practice. Beginners highly encouraged, but all are welcome because we will go over beginner and advanced push-up modifications. This is not a boot camp, but rather a program to learn and practice under professional instruction. If you are currently dealing with any shoulder or elbow injuries please contact me to chat before enrolling. Only 10 spots available.

Intro to Pilates Reformer | Afton Call |

Come get acquainted with this premiere piece of Pilates equipment. The reformer promotes whole body strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. In this program, you will learn how to safely use the reformer, learn the basic principles of Pilates to get the most out of your reformer workout, and perform a variety of essential level exercises that will give you a total body workout. With instructor approval, once you have completed this program, you will be able to sign up for group reformer classes.
