New SGT! New Year, New Mindset with Emily K
How can you be sure your healthy New Year’s Resolutions will stick? Get a head start on your routine!
We will be focusing on creating the foundations for a strong, empowered, body positive 2017! There will be 5-10 minutes of discussion (body image, making positive lifestyle changes etc.) followed by a full body workout designed to build muscular strength and endurance.
