Complete two full circuits.

1. Row 1000m

2. 20 slam balls 

3. 20 toe touch crunches

4. 20 TRX Scissor  Lunges

5. Farmer walk with two 30-pound kettlebells to the bathroom entrance and back.

Record the time it takes you to complete two circuits on the sheet. First prize – $25 acac gift card.
