“I train with Dana because she encourages me to challenge myself beyond what I would do on my own.
Dana became my personal trainer after I took one of her Barre classes here at acac. She was offering a complimentary training session so I figured, ‘why not?’. I figured that I would get some exercises and then go off to be on my own. To my surprise, I have been working with Dana, twice a week, for the past 3 months. My goals were to get this 62-year old body tightened, toned and into a regular exercise routine. What I’ve discovered is that Dana motivates me to work hard, accept new challenges and continue to invest in myself.
