“I train with Jared regularly and I encourage others to do so as well. As a middle-age professional in a challenging and stressful job I need a workout that provides maximum benefits in a finite amount of time. I also need a workout that enhances not only my overall health, but also supports the activities I like to engage in, such as hiking, running and anything else that comes up.
Every workout is different, both in terms of the exercises and the overall scheme of the workout. I never know what to expect which is great in terms of keeping up my interest as well as challenging my body and mind in a different way each session.
What I appreciate the most is that Jared meets me where I am on any given day. He encourages me to provide maximum effort but scales the workout to match what I can produce. When I finish a session with Jared, I know that I am going to feel better physically and mentally.”
