Join Personal Trainers Kris L. and Jared R. for some fun Pickleball focused workouts to help enhance your game. Our workouts are designed to improve all of the physical and fundamental aspects of Pickleball such as mobility, hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and balance while reducing risk of injury. All ages and skill levels are welcome to try our 30 minute Pickleball Performance sessions.
