Join EDGE Studio yoga teacher Monica Buckley for a two hour immersion in yogic breathing techniques. Use these techniques in your practice or on their own and
experience amazing benefits including:

• Understand the yoga postures you practice every day in a new way
In this workshop you will:
• Learn and practice several of the key Pranayama techniques
• Learn the basics of the yoga philosophy behind pranayama
• Practice integrating the techniques into your asana practice
• Experience the bliss of a deep relaxation after pranayama practice
No yoga experience required. Each participant will receive a detailed handout.
