Pre and Post-Natal Small Group Training with Magen C.
Join Personal Trainer Magen Caplinger for 30 minute small group training sessions designed to keep you healthy during and after your pregnancy. Workout with a group of women at various stages of their pregnancy and beyond.
All exercises will be safe for any trimester and will be tailored to your needs. This small group will help you increase and sustain strength safely during pregnancy and will allow you to safely return to exercise afterwards through proper form while taking into consideration joint laxity and hormonal changes.

All sessions will be held at acac Downtown. One personal training session required prior to entry to the group.
